Our black-tie Annual Dinner is being held at the University Arms Hotel, on Regent Street, and will include a lavish three course meal, wine and some entertainment. The event is always well attended and tickets are limited, so make sure you book soon to ensure you get a seat.

As always, many of our key sponsors, from ARM, AECOM, BP, AECOM, Rolls-Royce and Shell, as well as others, will be attending the dinner and are very keen to speak with you about their companies and your career asperations.

As with our Christmas dinner, there is a menu choice that you will have to select after purchasing your ticket.

Starter
House cured salmon, red onion and capers crème friache
Oven dried tomato and olive brushetta with rocket (V)
Carrot and coriander soup (V)

Main
Braised silverside of beef with potato gratin and seasonal vegetables
Roast salmon supreme with fennel sauce, new potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Mushroom risotto with rocket and a Parmesan tuille (v)

Dessert
Glazed Lemon tart with clotted cream and berry compote
Chocolate brownie and hot chocolate sauce with vanilla ice cream
