CUES will be running a trip for a small group of people to visit the Cisco site in Langley on Wednesday, February 13th. Cisco are world leaders in communications systems and invented much of the networking technology that we use every single day, as well as being one of the most promising career destinations for information engineering graduates - this is a unique opportunity to find out more about who Cisco are, what they do and to get a head start in the recruiting process!
The day will include a visit to the Cisco offices where you can experience for yourself the working environment, a tour of the labs including technology demonstrations, lunch and a round table discussion with recent graduates and executives where you can find out all you ever wanted to know about the recruitment process.
This trip is open to all years and specialisations, but if you're a third or fourth year specialising in information engineering then make sure you don't miss this opportunity!
We will leave Cambridge by minibus at 1pm, leaving from the Engineering Department, and will return that afternoon at around 9pm. There is a deposit of £5 payable, but this will be refunded on the coach. There are only twelve places available on this trip, so book fast to secure your place!
